I really like the product, though I’m disappointed with the size. It looks much larger in pictures, it’s impossible to see the detail in the nose print which is a shame. It’d be helpful if they showed pictures on a model for some context on size Ordered the Kaiya which only comes in size small.
My soul dog passed away in February, I was looking for something personal to keep with me wherever I go so I feel she is always with me. I seen this site and I got my girls paw print, her nose print and her birth stone. The staff was quick in emailing me when I had any questions before purchasing. When my order arrived I cried for hours it is absolutely beautiful I haven’t taken it off since received. Absolutely Inlove and can’t thank them enough for helping my broken heart.
I a very happy with the presentation and quality of the necklace I received. I could tell my own fingerprint was used, based on the image I provided. This will be a very sentimental piece after losing my beloved dog recently and having his nose print embedded into the necklace. Such a lovely way to keep them close.

My husband ordered this necklace after my beautiful Juno passed away last month. My two pups have always been my best friends. Losing one broke me. The necklace was so special and unique, and I couldn't wait for it to arrive. I have worn it every day since I received it. It's perfect. I have a beautiful memento of Juno and also of her sister that she left here with me. My only concern is worrying that the clasp is attached to kind of a thin chain and I worry that could break. But so far, it's held up really beautifully.

I love this necklace! I bought it a couple of months ago and have not taken it off. I sauna everyday, do hot yoga, and shower with it, and its still perfect. Very good quality.
Works well. Just wished there was instructions or at least showing which side is the correct side. I first tried to do it I did it on the wrong side of the paper. Once I figured out it was on the wrong side the wipe had dried out some. I still was able to get what I wanted out of it.
Really pleased with the engraving. My original chain broke the first time I wore it, but was replaced with a different chain within 10 days, thank you.
