We offer a simple hassle-free 14 day returns policy to make shopping at Raniska as easy as possible.
We will accept and issue a refund for the cost of any unsuitable item/s providing they are returned in original unworn condition and packaging. Please note we can’t refund any grooming products, pierced jewellery or custom made orders.
If an item is unsuitable, please follow the process outlined below:
If you don't have your returns slip please notify us of your wish to return your order by emailing email@example.com or complete our contact form with your order number within 14 days of receipt and advise that you are returning your order within 14 days.
Please note return postage costs will apply and please obtain and retain your proof of postage from the post office.
International customers please state ‘Return of Goods’ on the customs declaration form provided by the local post office or thecourier you choose as customs costs are not included.
You may also return any item within 28 days if the item becomes faulty.
We can't refund grooming products, pierced items or custom made orders.
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your items, process your return and confirm your refund amount. We shall send you an email of your refund confirmation.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like an alternative item we recommend placing a new order and returning the original for a refund.
